Ridgecrest Wills & Trusts are passionate about changing people’s lives for the better, by enabling advisers to work with their clients to ensure they leave their wealth to their beneficiaries as efficiently as possible, in a manner that protects them from unnecessary taxes and other external threats such as divorce and care fees.
From first-hand experience we know that, in many cases, delegating the estate planning work to solicitors is potentially fraught with problems; an adviser’s reputation is on the line, albeit vicariously, when referring clients to third parties – will they act in a timely manner (that’s timely by adviser standards – not lawyer standards!), would they listen and reflect our clients wishes accurately, and would they overcharge?!
Working with and referring to STEP qualified lawyers, Ridgecrest have designed a ‘plug and play’ solution to the dearth of Will writing in the UK, especially for advisers at SJP.

Our Vision
By 2026, every SJP client has written or reviewed their Will within the last five years, that all life assurances, death in service benefits and DC pension funds are directed into trust and, finally, that as many clients as possible have appointed attorneys to look after their affairs should they become unable to do so, whilst at the same time, raising £1 million for The SJP Charitable Foundation.
